Nancy Wilson is principal at Dorothy Dodds Elementary. She joined Moorhead Area Public Schools as the assistant principal in 2016. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education, a master's degree in curriculum and instruction and principal licensure from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Prior to joining the district, she served as an elementary classroom teacher for 22 years. Nancy finds passion and purpose in fostering strong relationships with students, staff and families. She is committed to growing and maintaining a positive school culture where learning never stops. During her free time, she enjoys reading, doing home improvement projects, taking walks with her dog and spending time with family.

Meagan Blake is the assistant principal at Dorothy Dodds Elementary. Prior to serving as an assistant principal, Meagan taught special education at Moorhead High School for ten years and was assistant principal at Horizon Middle School for three years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concordia College, a special education teaching degree in developmental disabilities, her master’s degree in special education and her administrative license from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She enjoys working with students and staff to create a culture that is inclusive of all learners. In Meagan's free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, being at the lake, attending sporting events, traveling and spending time with family and friends!
