Technology
The Moorhead Area Public Schools Technology program administers the district's telecommunications and network computer systems. The technology program strives to address the program needs of students, the information delivery needs of teachers and administration, the data delivery requirements of government services and the communication needs of district staff, parents/guardians and community stakeholders.
PowerSchool
PowerSchool, the district's student management system, provides current information about students' attendance, transportation routes, meal menus, lunch account transactions and balance, prior report cards or progress reports, announcements and teacher and school contact information. Middle and high school students can also access grade, class schedule and locker information.
Additionally, parents/guardians may update their settings for the district's automated notification system to choose how they receive weather-related and other automated notifications.
Parents/guardians only need one PowerSchool account for all of their students.

PowerSchool Registration
PowerSchool Registration allows parents/guardians to enter registration information for their students — including emergency contacts, transportation, health, athletics and activities — annually in one online form. Once a student’s registration information is complete, parents/guardians only need to review and update information annually through PowerSchool Registration.
Parents access PowerSchool Registration through their PowerSchool parent account.
If you have a question on how to complete a PowerSchool Registration form, contact your school’s main office. If you are having technical difficulties, contact the PowerSchool support line at 866-434-6276. Moorhead Area Public Schools does not provide technical support for PowerSchool Registration.

1-to-1 Computing Device Program
The school district provides all K-12 students with a school owned ChromeBook to use as part of their coursework.
Every student is provided a Google Suite for Education account. This account provides students with an email address, unlimited cloud-based file storage and access to software-as-a-service classroom productivity applications. SPUDS Landing is the student portal that provides single sign-on access to district-provided electronic resources. A student’s building, grade-level and specific course enrollment software applications are linked directly within SPUDS Landing. Many courses also include access to a digital copy of the textbook which is linked through PowerSchool, Schoology or SPUDS Landing.
Technical support of ChromeBook and school provided electronic resources is available weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. via email at techhelp@moorheadschools.org and phone 218-284-3340.
