On Thursday, April 18, Moorhead High School sophomores participated in Industry Day, a unique initiative designed to provide all MHS 10th graders with hands-on exposure to various industries and career opportunities. During Industry Day, over 500 sophomore students from MHS visited a diverse range of companies across the Fargo-Moorhead area. This is the first time the entire 10th grade class participated in the event.

"We are thrilled to expand Industry Day to the entire sophomore class as part of our commitment to preparing our students for future success," said MHS principal Josh Haag. "This initiative offers these students a valuable opportunity to explore different career fields, gain insights into the local business landscape and make informed decisions about their educational and career pathways."
Industry Day underscores Moorhead Area Public School's dedication to fostering career readiness and strengthening partnerships with local businesses and organizations. By bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications, Moorhead High School aims to empower its students to pursue their passions and achieve their academic and professional goals.
