Each summer, the United Way of Cass-Clay provides over 6,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to students in need. Moorhead Area Public Schools is excited to partner with this organization for their annual school supply drive to help equip students with the proper tools for success in the classroom.
Pick-Up
Families are able to pick up backpacks while safely remaining in their vehicles. Please attend only one distribution event per household. One registration form will be completed by each family. An ID is required for each child receiving school supplies. (Acceptable forms of ID include: Social Security Card, Passport, School ID, Insurance Card or Report Card). Supplies are available for students residing in and attending K-12 schools in Cass or Clay counties, but are not available for Head Start, pre-school or college students. For the safety of everyone, please wear masks when engaging with volunteers. Volunteers will wear masks at all times.

- Monday, August 17:
- 8 - 9 am: S.G. Reinertsen Elementary (1201 40th Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560, Door 1)
- Wednesday, August 19:
- 11 am - Noon: Robert Asp Elementary School (910 11th St N, Moorhead, MN 56560, Door 1)
- 4 - 5 pm: Ellen Hopkins Elementary School (2020 11th St S, Moorhead, MN 56560, Door 1)
