This week we recognize the entire instructional team for the Moorhead Adult Education consortium. These individuals are a truly grounded bunch of humans who encourage growth in their adult learners each and every day.
There are 16 individuals who staff the following 7 programming sites: Lisa (Hawley); Amanda (Barnesville); Casey (Breckenridge); Kelley, Lynette & Melissa (Wheaton); Sara (Fergus Falls), Jeremy, Cassie & Tony (Clay County Correctional Facility); Matt, Jeremy, Casey, Rebecca, Kylie, Mellisa, Jill & Breanna (Moorhead).
The instructional team works closely with the Minnesota Department of Education, GED Testing Services, and Hamline University (ATLAS) to deliver a top-notch program to adult learners in the region. Beyond teaching, several staff also participate in statewide cohorts (similar to district PLCs), deliver professional development at conferences throughout the year, or serve on statewide committees for adult education.
Thank you for facilitating academic, soft skill, and digital literacy growth in the learners of the Moorhead Adult Education program. We are grateful and proud!
