We’re excited to invite you to our Spring Conferences and Scholastic Book Fair. You will have the option to attend conferences virtually or in-person. Teachers will send out additional information regarding what conferences will look like for their house and will reach out to schedule conferences on Monday evening. Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning will be an open house format.
Monday, March 14 - 5:00pm-8:30pm - Scheduled by the teacher
Tuesday, March 15 - 5:00pm-8:30pm - Open House Format
Wednesday, March 16- 8:00am-12:00pm - Open House Format
If you want to meet with your student's Band, Choir or Orchestra, or PE teacher please stop by their offices on Monday night, Tuesday night, or Wednesday morning for a conference.
Our Scholastic Book Fair is an opportunity for our students grades 5-8 to build their home libraries and further their love of reading. As always, all purchases benefit our school.
After missing out on many beloved traditions, our Spring Book Fair will be a familiar, welcome, and safe event for our students. Here’s what you need to know about the Fair, which will take place from March 14-16 during conference week in the Horizon West Gym #405. We will be open from 4:45-8:15pm on the 14th and 15th and from 8:00-11:00am on the 16th.
We are currently seeking volunteers to help us with the fair. If you are able to help volunteer some time at our book fair we would greatly appreciate it. Please click the following link to sign up:

Our Book Fair offers a cash-free payment option called eWallet. It’s a convenient digital account that your child can use for shopping at our Fair. Grandparents, friends, and others can contribute, too! For more information visit the website below.
If you can’t make it to the Fair, then shop online at our school’s Virtual Book Fair. All orders ship directly to your home, and shipping is free for book orders over $25.
