Check out this collaborative project between Horizon, Moorhead Legacy Education Foundation and Rick Westra! At the start of May, students held a ceremony to celebrate new photos in the media center. With grant funding from MLEF, Rick took photos to highlight readers at Horizon 🎉
For students that purchased a yearbook this year, we will be handing them out on the last day of school. If you are unable to pick up on the last day of school, you will be able to get them the following week at the main office of Horizon East between the hours of 7 am to 3 pm.
Everyone in golf is invited to play Village Green on Monday. We are starting at 8:00. Bring a lunch, a bus will be available to take you back to school around 2:00. If you want to be picked up by a parent, that is ok as well.

Spuds participated in the state destination imagination tournament. Ten students gave it their all and stretched their imagination! This STEAM program inspires young people to imagine and innovate to become creative and collaborative leaders.

There are so many outstanding music accomplishments and more to come next week! These students auditioned and were chosen to be a part of the American Choral Directors Association of Minnesota's 4th-6th Grade Honor choir. 🎵 There were over 340 students who auditioned across the state.
