Attention 12th Grade Students! Chromebook pickup is TOMORROW, Thursday, August 19 from 9am to 1pm. Your parent/guardian MUST have filled out PowerSchool registration already and if not, you will need a parent/guardian with to sign for it.
Activity passes are now on sale in the activities office at MHS. $10.00 for students and $60.00 for adults.

Teacher Teresa Puffe has retired after 27 years at Moorhead Area Public Schools. 🧡🖤
Terri says she will miss the students and her amazing colleagues. “A huge ‘hats off’ to the FACS department of Moorhead High School!” she says.
Terri says, “The most meaningful aspect of teaching at the high school is having past students come back and tell me they loved my class and that they use the life skills that we teach. I have had a couple of students from the foods classes I taught become successful chefs, and I know of two students from the housing and design course that are in the interior design business.”
In her retirement, Terri is looking forward to spending more time with her family.

Science Teacher Chip Lyslo has retired after 26 years at Moorhead Area Public Schools. Chip said he will miss the people he worked with and the students he taught. In his retirement, he looks forward to visiting family and friends. Congrats on your retirement, Chip! 🧡🖤
Science Teacher Jana Kasper has retired after 35 years at Moorhead Area Public Schools. 🧡🖤 Jana says, “I will miss the energy and laughter of the students, but the friendships with my colleagues and the silly things we did to make learning fun for the students is going to be what I miss the most.”

On Friday, July 16, 2021 all Moorhead Area Public Schools buildings will be closed. As a part of the Moorhead High School project, an electrical transformer needs to be relocated. This process will result in a loss of all phone and internet service from 8 a.m to 1 p.m. on Friday. As a result, all buildings will be closed to the public.
Gooseberry Park Players is holding "Belle's Book Drive" during the run of their show, Beauty and The Beast, July 20-25 at Horizon Middle School. "Belle's Book Drive" will collect used and new books for Moorhead Area Public Schools teachers.
