Kindergarten learned all about how color can show emotion with this woven heart project! From reading "In my Heart" by Jo Witek to practicing cutting and drawing skills, kindergarten rocked this project and we LOVED it.

Kindergarten artists were inspired by the book “Love Monster” by Rachel Bright to create their own unique monsters using their drawing, cutting, and gluing skills. Nice job kindergarten!

This week all classrooms go to the gym to hear their teachers tell the stories of students who have stuck their necks out like a giraffe to be kind to others. We have also recognized students during our morning broadcast’s who have done the same. Ask your child what it means to “stick their neck out” for others!
